Ventures is a venture capital firm headquartered in Hong Kong.
Our senior management has real-world experience in building company
from zero to initial public offering. We have built strong
connections in both China and Silicon Valley.
Our
investment focuses are early stage software companies. Target
portfolios include those companies targeting the information
technology, internet, e-commerce, wireless and mobile applications and
communications.
In addition
to providing seed capital and early stages of financing to these
companies, we also support our investees in all key aspects of business
planning and execution. Our value added service can be rather
extensive, encompassing both front end support (e.g. advice on business
strategy, management, organization development, product marketing and
sales, customer introduction, technical collaboration, etc.) and back
office functions (including guidelines on financial management, human
resource planning and supervision, etc.). We help U.S. companies
and the returnee entrepreneurs in starting and developing their
businesses in China and vice versa. We also provide strategic
advice on technology transfer, tie up corporate alliances and
participate in the setting up of joint venture business in China.
